SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns of our Artistic Jewelry USA™ products. All of our products are hand made and made for the customer. Accidents do happen during shipping sometimes. That said, if you can take a photo of the product and packaging showing how it was damaged and send it to us at sales@artisticjewelryusa.com along with your order number we will be happy to send you out a new order for replacement. You will NOT be charged any additional shipping cost for replacement. Simply dispose of the original product shipment. At this time we have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 and any order over $100 ships for free.
